Extra Capacity at Neo Química Arena for a Major Showdown!

Corinthians announced an incredible update for the decisive match against Estudiantes, taking place next Wednesday (16)! The capacity of the Neo Química Arena will be increased especially for this game, which counts as the second leg of the quarterfinals of the Libertadores.

Details of the Expansion

• The South section, located behind the goal, will gain 1.537 new seats.
• With that, the stadium will reach the impressive mark of 50.582 seats, but note: only 49.984 will be available for sale. This is because a security block will be maintained to separate the fan sections.

This change applies only to the match against Estudiantes and has a clear purpose: to increase pressure and create an electric atmosphere in the stadium! The first game ended 1–1, and a win on Wednesday will secure a spot in the Libertadores semifinals for Timão.

Could Be a Record Crowd!

With this increase, there’s a strong chance Corinthians will beat its own attendance record at the Neo Química Arena. The highest attendance so far was for the return leg of the 2025 Paulistão final against Palmeiras, which resulted in the alvinegro winning the title.

Additional Tickets on Sale!

The extra tickets will go on sale next Monday (14) starting at 19h30 (Brasília time), on the Fiel Torcedor website. The purchase of the new seats in the South section will be available exclusively to subscribers in good standing of the Minha Vida plan. And there’s more: Corinthians said it is carrying out technical assessments to make this expansion a permanent fixture in the future.
