Memphis Depay Is Ruled Out of the Netherlands Squad

It appears that Memphis Depay will not be part of the Netherlands squad in the new adventures ahead after the World Cup. Coach Xavi Hernández has already made his choices and, all in all, has called up six very interesting forwards:

• Crysencio Summerville - Al-Hilal
• Donyell Malen - AS Roma
• Brian Brobbey - Sunderland
• Cody Gakpo - Liverpool
• Noa Lang - Napoli
• Ruben van Bommel - PSV

This is the first time Xavi has taken charge of the national team, and he will have quite a challenge ahead: four matches in the Nations League! The fixtures are set against Germany, Serbia (twice), and Greece.
